As long as you already know what you are doing, you are welcome to drop in to Spartan CrossFit! (If you've never tried CrossFit before, schedule a free intro or come in for a newbie friendly Bring A Friend Day workout on the 1st Saturday of the month!)
• Register by hitting that "Book a Session Now" button
• Schedule your drop in (reach out if you have any issues signing up for the class you'd like to attend)
• Arrive a few minutes early and introduce yourself to the coach
• Make yourself at home and enjoy a great workout!
Drop-ins must have at least one month of CrossFit experience.
Our regular classes assume that you are familiar with the movements, class structure, and terminology. We prioritize your safety and a good class experience for all... You will be turned away if you do not meet this requirement.
