As long as you already know what you are doing, you are welcome to drop in to Spartan CrossFit! (If you've never tried CrossFit before, schedule a free intro or come in for a newbie friendly Bring A Friend Day workout!)

• Schedule your drop in (reach out if you have any issues signing up for the class you'd like to attend)
• Arrive a few minutes before and introduce yourself to the coach
• Make yourself at home and enjoy your workout with us
